The system was one rational during one Sudan, however, when south became independent, the system was disconnected with the feeling that it could be used for monitoring our country’s intelligence activities. There is need now to re-negotiate with the concerned authorities on whether the SCADA can be reconnected or any other necessary action be taken to meet the concerns of parties
