The project is already in place with the policy, act and regulations already ; Drilling, catering services, Power and water supplies, Roads’ constructions and many other services be rendered by local entrepreneurs so that they can share in cost Oil, while the Government on the other hand takes precedence of the taxes from the local companies. Or Else the government takes upon itself to establish through the ministry of petroleum many subsidiaries that can provide services with the accruing revenues getting to the national treasury.
