Establishment of a training Centre that will enable the Ministry to conduct all relevant courses to oil operations and management has already been approved by the authorities To ensure successful implementation of nationalization of the Petroleum Industry, training is paramount, It reduces massive payment of foreign experts’ salaries, promotes technological transfer to nationals and it mitigates Petroleum curtails that are practiced by foreign companies in collaboration with National opportunists Both the curriculum and the policy including the training calendar of the Centre, have been developed The old meeting hall has already been turned into an initial computer lab training Facility and now computers have been connected to kick-start the training as soon as possible
